At Teuta Matoshi, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made and made-to-order gowns are final sale to maintain the unique craftsmanship of each piece.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags, security ribbons, and original packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Securely pack your item and ship it to our designated returns facility using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees and any applicable duties.
